Access and support
Accessibility Statement
The site is built to support keyboard use, readable contrast, clear headings, responsive layouts and direct contact alternatives. This statement records the target and known limits without claiming perfect conformance.
The website aims toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a design and review target, not a claim that every page, browser, device or third-party destination is perfectly conformant.
Accessibility target
AMF AUTO SERVICES LLC wants visitors to be able to read service information, understand safety boundaries and reach the workshop without relying on a particular pointer device, screen size or colour alone. New and substantially rebuilt pages are reviewed against practical WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements where they apply.
Legal and technical accuracy still matters. An accessibility edit should not remove a safety warning, change a measurement or hide a limitation. The goal is to present the same useful information in a form more people can operate and understand.
Features in use
- one primary page heading followed by sequential section headings;
- keyboard-visible focus treatment for links, buttons, fields and summaries;
- text and control colours chosen for readable contrast;
- labels, instructions, required states and error messages for form controls;
- responsive layouts that stack cards and tables at narrower widths;
- alternative text for informative images and empty alt text where an image is decorative;
- reduced-motion handling for visitors who request it;
- phone and WhatsApp alternatives where an online form is unavailable;
- plain-language boundaries around booking, diagnosis, prices and warranty.
Keyboard and interactive content
Navigation, links, buttons, form controls, symptom selectors and FAQ summaries should be reachable and operable from a keyboard. Focus should remain visible. An interactive result must also be announced or displayed as text rather than communicated only through colour or animation.
WhatsApp message builders keep the output editable before the external service opens. Appointment forms identify required fields and return a usable error summary. If an interaction fails, the published telephone and WhatsApp routes remain available.
Visual and reading support
Pages use high-contrast light and dark sections, readable line lengths, scalable text and spacing that responds to the viewport. Tables convert to labelled stacked records on small screens where a horizontal comparison would otherwise become difficult to read.
Purpose-created visuals include descriptive alt text and a disclosure caption. Text should not be embedded in an image when the same information is needed to make a safety, price, approval or warranty decision.
Known limitations
The site is still being built and audited. A long service page can require substantial scrolling. Some technical tables contain dense comparisons even after they stack on mobile. Generated workshop images may not communicate the same detail as a real component photograph. Third-party destinations such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, external review platforms and official government sites are controlled by their providers.
Older browser combinations, browser extensions, automatic translation and aggressive text resizing can produce a layout issue that was not visible in the tested configuration. Reporting the exact page and setup helps reproduce it.
Report an access problem
Call 050 608 7150 or use the workshop WhatsApp route on the Contact page. If possible, provide:
- the page address and section heading;
- what you were trying to read or do;
- the browser, device and assistive technology involved;
- the text of any error message;
- a screenshot or short screen recording if it can be shared safely;
- the format or contact route that would let you complete the task now.
Do not include passwords, bank-card details or unrelated personal information in an accessibility report.
How reports are reviewed
- Reproduce the barrierCheck the reported page, viewport, input method and relevant assistive setup.
- Provide a practical routeGive the visitor the information or contact alternative needed for the immediate task.
- Repair the sourceChange the content, code, label, contrast, focus behaviour or layout where the issue is controlled by this site.
- Verify the fixRetest the affected interaction and nearby responsive states before closing the report.
A third-party limitation may need to be reported to that provider. We should still offer an alternative workshop contact route where reasonably possible.
Statement changes
The effective date will change after a material accessibility review, a new interaction pattern or a significant correction to a known limitation. The Website Terms of Use explain factual corrections, and the Customer Care page can be used if an access report is not resolved.
Ask about the wording before you rely on it
Use the workshop contact routes for a current document, job-card term or repair-specific warranty question.
