Using this website
Website Terms of Use
These terms define what the website can help you understand, what still requires vehicle-specific inspection and how bookings, links, content and intellectual property are handled.
By using this site, you agree to use its information and contact tools lawfully and within the limits stated here. Reading a page, selecting a symptom or sending a request does not create a repair contract or confirm an appointment.
Operator and scope
This website is operated for AMF AUTO SERVICES LLC, trading online as Audi Specialist Dubai from Warehouse 39, Al Quoz 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to the public pages, interactive symptom tools, WhatsApp message builders and workshop contact routes on audispecialist.ae.
Separate Workshop Service Terms, an approved estimate, job card and repair-specific warranty apply when a vehicle is inspected or work is authorised.
Technical information and liability
Service pages explain symptoms, test categories, parts choices and decision boundaries. They are written to help an owner describe a problem and ask better questions. They do not inspect the vehicle, read its VIN, measure it or confirm a failed component.
Vehicle systems, refrigerants, fluids, software, part numbers and access methods vary by model, year, engine, equipment and repair history. A page can name the check that is relevant without proving the result of that check on your Audi.
Safety boundary Do not recreate a dangerous symptom to test website advice. Stop using the vehicle and seek direct help where there is overheating, smoke, a burning smell, fluid loss, severe noise, braking concern, unsafe steering, high-voltage warning or another immediate risk.
Contact and booking tools
A preferred date, form submission, telephone discussion or WhatsApp message is a request. An appointment exists only when the workshop confirms it. A message is not an instruction to buy parts or begin repairs unless the workshop and authorised customer clearly record that approval.
Interactive tools run in the browser and may prepare a symptom route or message. You remain responsible for reviewing the text, removing information you do not want to share and checking the destination before sending.
Prices, parts and availability
A website range or option is not a final estimate. The written estimate should identify the vehicle, diagnostic or inspection scope, exact part route, included labour and fluids, exclusions, VAT treatment and any repair-specific warranty. If a responsible public price cannot be verified, the site may show inspection and VIN quote instead.
Parts availability, supplier terms and fitment can change. A reference to genuine, supplier-branded, aftermarket, used or customer-supplied parts does not mean that every route is available or suitable for every repair. Read the Parts and Warranty Policy.
Permitted use
You may read, print or share a page for personal, non-commercial use. You must not:
- misrepresent the website or workshop as an official manufacturer, dealer or authorised service;
- copy substantial content, designs or images for a competing commercial site without permission;
- probe, overload, bypass or interfere with site security, forms or access controls;
- submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or malicious material;
- use published contact details for unsolicited bulk marketing;
- remove a disclosure that identifies a generated visual, representative case or independent workshop status.
Intellectual property and marks
Original site copy, page design, diagrams, generated visuals, photographs and code are protected to the extent allowed by applicable law. Audi names, rings, vehicle model names and related marks belong to their respective owners. Their use on this independent site identifies vehicles, parts or service subject matter and does not claim affiliation, authorisation or endorsement.
Visuals, cases and corrections
Website visuals may be customer-job records used with an appropriate permission and privacy basis, purpose-created illustrations, or technical diagrams. A caption must identify a generated or staged visual. It must not imply that a generated technician, vehicle, measurement or workshop scene is a customer record.
A case described as real must be supported by the underlying workshop record for the vehicle context, complaint, test sequence, finding, authorised work and stated outcome. A representative example must be labelled. It must not invent a customer name, quotation, registration, invoice, mileage or repair result to look real.
To request a correction, use the Customer Care and Complaints page and provide the page address, heading, exact wording and the source or workshop record that supports the change. A public correction does not rewrite an older signed job card, estimate, invoice or warranty document.
External services
WhatsApp, Google Maps, government sources, suppliers and other external destinations operate under their own availability, security, privacy and terms. A link is provided for a practical purpose and does not transfer control of that service to AMF AUTO SERVICES LLC.
Check the destination and its terms before sending personal or vehicle information. The workshop is not responsible for content changed by an external provider after the link was published, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Site availability and errors
The site may be updated, protected by maintenance mode, interrupted or unavailable. We may correct a technical statement, price presentation, link or policy when evidence changes. A correction request should identify the page, heading, exact wording and supporting source; it should not be used to rewrite an older approved workshop document.
Report an error with the page address, heading and disputed wording. Do not rely on a suspected error for a safety decision while waiting for a reply.
Legal rights
General website information is not a vehicle-specific diagnosis, safety approval, parts confirmation or final estimate. To the extent allowed by law, AMF AUTO SERVICES LLC is not responsible for loss caused solely by treating it as one. These terms are read with applicable UAE and Dubai laws. Nothing here excludes responsibility for approved workshop work, misrepresentation, negligence, a mandatory consumer right, a data-protection right or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as the law allows.
The UAE Government publishes a current consumer protection overview. The official source should be used for the current legal position.
Changes and contact
The effective date records the current website terms. Continued use after a published change applies the new terms to future website use, not retrospectively to a previously approved repair.
Questions about a website term can be raised through the Customer Care and Complaints page.
Ask about the wording before you rely on it
Use the workshop contact routes for a current document, job-card term or repair-specific warranty question.
