Minor service

Weak airflow, warm air in traffic, uneven temperatures or a noisy blower. We test cooling performance and controls, then separate refrigerant service from any required leak or component repair.
Audi A6 coolant leaks and engine repairs
A slowly falling coolant level can come from a leak that leaves little on the ground. We inspect for residue, test pressure when appropriate and compare operating temperatures before replacing the suspected component. Pipes, seals, a pump, thermostat housing or another part may require attention.
The complete cooling quote should name the repair, access work, coolant and bleeding. Once finished, the relevant checks are repeated to confirm the original concern has been addressed. Replacing a part without resolving another leak can leave the same warning returning.
For rough running, oil consumption or low power, we consider ignition, fuel, air, boost and mechanical condition as the symptoms require. Oil-pressure, compression or leak-down testing is used when justified by the findings, rather than sold as a routine extra for every A6.

Audi A6 gearbox repair or replacement
A delayed shift, warm shudder or gearbox warning needs an assessment of the installed transmission. Depending on generation and specification, the appropriate service or repair can differ substantially. A gearbox-fluid change cannot repair worn internal parts, and a stored code alone is not enough to order an entire unit.
Targeted repair
Choose a smaller repair when testing identifies a serviceable control, electrical, valve-body or other specific fault. Confirm what is being repaired and what remains outside the quote.
Overhaul the existing gearbox
Consider rebuilding when internal wear is established and the assembly is suitable. Compare the included components, removal and fitting, fluids, adaptation, verification and written coverage.
Fit a compatible replacement
Compare a verified used or rebuilt unit when extensive damage makes that sensible. Parts compatibility, condition, availability and the complete installed price matter more than the advertised unit price alone.
An A6 driveline vibration may involve a mount, joint or shaft instead of the gearbox. We compare when it occurs, vehicle speed and engine load with physical findings. Audi A6 air suspension and steering repair
Not every A6 uses air suspension. On an air-equipped car, one low corner can involve a strut, pipe, valve block or another fault. We compare ride heights, look for leakage and check compressor behavior before deciding which components need work.
A compressor that keeps running may be compensating for a leak. Replacing it without addressing the leak can leave the underlying problem. Where a single component is responsible, the quote should explain that repair instead of automatically replacing every corner.
For conventional or adaptive suspension, we inspect joints, bushings, dampers and tires. Alignment follows the required mechanical repair; it cannot remove play in a worn joint. Any calibration or alignment required after the work is shown on the estimate.

Warning messages and battery drain
Several warnings can follow one unstable supply, but they should not all be dismissed as a battery problem. We test the relevant supply and circuits, preserve useful fault information and distinguish current faults from older stored messages. Battery replacement includes the correct specification and required registration or adaptation.
Screen, camera and comfort faults
An MMI screen fault, camera message or parking-sensor concern can involve power, wiring, communication or a component. Tell us about recent battery, windscreen, bumper or other repair work if available. That history can help identify whether a connection, coding or calibration check is relevant.
AC work begins by separating poor airflow from poor cooling. Blower, filter and flap problems need a different approach from refrigerant loss or compressor trouble. A confirmed leak needs a repair estimate; repeated refrigerant top-ups are not a substitute for finding the cause.

For a suitable standard brake package with serviceable discs, a named pad set and normal fitting could total AED 1,200 before VAT, or AED 1,260 including VAT. Disc replacement, separate wear sensors and caliper repairs are excluded. An inspection must establish whether pads alone are enough.

On an air-equipped A6 with one confirmed failed corner, a compatible unit, normal fitting and the agreed calibration could total AED 4,200 before VAT, or AED 4,410 including VAT. The parts source and condition must be specified; compressor, valve-block or additional leak repairs are separate.
A6 generations, engines and service requirements
C6, C7 and C8 A6 models differ in engines, gearboxes, electronics and available suspension. Sedan, Avant, allroad and imported A6L versions can also need different parts. We handle the identification needed for your job; knowing the model and describing the problem is enough to start.
Older A6 ownership
Age, repair history and the condition of hoses, seals, wiring and suspension can influence the budget. A high odometer reading alone does not mean the car needs an engine rebuild. We separate verified faults from routine wear and future maintenance.
Newer and mild-hybrid models
Connected electronics and fitted assistance systems can add testing or calibration to otherwise familiar work. We check the installed equipment and applicable procedures before replacing batteries, programming modules or quoting related repairs.
Plug-in hybrid and electric A6
TFSI e or e-hybrid and A6 e-tron vehicles do not use the same service plan. Charging, thermal and high-voltage work is assessed separately. Petrol oil-service prices must not be applied to a fully electric A6, and specialized work is confirmed with the workshop.
Oil approval, quantity, gearbox fluid and filter requirements come from the exact application. We review the time and mileage schedule against the records you have, then quote the items actually due. An S line badge does not make a car an S6 or RS6; performance models receive their own parts and service prices.

When an Audi A6 needs recovery
Stop safely for a red oil-pressure warning, overheating, steam, serious brake loss, heavy mechanical knocking or loss of drive. A flashing warning with severe misfire, smoke or an electrical burning smell also calls for stopping and assistance. Do not keep driving to see whether the warning disappears.
Never open the coolant tank while it is hot. If an air-suspension fault leaves the body too low or the tire rubbing, avoid driving and call for advice. We discuss recovery separately from normal pickup and delivery and confirm arrangements before the vehicle is moved.

Can you collect an A6 that will not start?
Tell us where it is and what happens when you try to start it. We can discuss the appropriate collection or recovery arrangement. Free pickup and delivery should not be confused with every recovery situation being free; any separate recovery charge is confirmed before arrangements are made.
Do all Audi A6 models have air suspension?
No. A6 suspension depends on the model and fitted options. We check whether your car has conventional, adaptive or air suspension before quoting parts. A low corner on an air-equipped car needs leak and system checks; it does not automatically mean replacing every strut.
Can you help with A6 MMI or battery warnings?
Yes. We assess battery and charging condition, power supply, connections and the affected systems. Low voltage can cause several messages at once, while other faults need separate investigation. Electrical repairs are quoted after the relevant tests rather than from a warning message alone.
Do you work on A6 TFSI e and A6 e-tron models?
